Go to nursing.boisestate.edu, then click on "Future Students", then "Undergraduate Program", then "Admission Criteria" and you'll be there. <br /><br />The undergraduate nursing program is structured around three key concepts: community based nursing, leadership and professional values with an emphasis on wellness, health promotion, disease prevention and treatment and cultural diversity. Students are eligible to license as a registered nurse upon completion of a bachelor's degree. <br /><br />Application checklist:<br />- Complete and return a nursing application form by March 1, 2008.<br />- Enclose a Copy of your unofficial academic transcript as requested on your application.<br />- Enclose an application processing fee of $20.00 in the form of a money order (made out to Boise State University ). No other form of payment will be accepted. This fee is non-refundable and your application will not be processed without it.<br />- Before applying, students must have successfully completed the following courses with a C (not C-) or better. Students cannot be enrolled in these courses during the semester they are applying to the Boise State University Nursing Program.<br /><br /> - BIOL 227 & 228<br /> - CHEM 105 or equivalent<br /> - COMM 101 or 112<br /> - ENG 101 &102<br /> - MATH 143 or higher<br /> - PSYCH 101<br /><br />*NOTE: Admission to the Nursing Program at Boise State will be based on a GPA from BIOL 227 & 228, CHEM 105 or equivalent, and MATH 143 or higher. GPA will be rank ordered.
